We really want to understand you and your “job to be done” and think our way into the specific requirements and wishes of your printed product. Since we are not just engineers who decided to build printing presses, but also trained printers with many years of experience in the industry, we know your perspective very well and have a deep understanding of what is needed. That is why we pay special attention to the joint analysis of your requirements in this step. No matter if it is a standard or a fully integrated, customised solution. Our goal is to provide you with exactly the printing solution you need.

In line with our aim to build the best and most productive flexo printing machines, we love to be challenged by particularly demanding print motifs. We also love to convince you that bouncing is not an issue with an Allstein.

You will receive an offer specially tailored to your individual requirements. This offer takes into account all the results of the previous analysis. Included are the technical specifications as well as suggestions for possible process optimizations that have resulted from the scope of the print tests.

Your Allstein is configured according to the agreed specifications and set in motion by our engineers. Regardless of whether it is a standard or an individual, customer-specific solution: a personal contact from our project management team is available to you throughout the entire process, from placing the order to acceptance of the machine on site. Close supervision is guaranteed at all times.

This is where our strength lies: We keep the entire process chain in our own hands. We are proud to develop, manufacture and test all essential main components used in our products, such as sideframes, print shafts, hydrostatic bearings, bridge adapters and much more, at our Herford site. This enables us to have full control over quality and delivery reliability at all times and, in addition, to always be able to react flexibly to changing conditions. Your advantage: You will receive an optimally coordinated product.

Your Allstein is fully assembled at our factory in Herford, always with a great deal of attention to detail and care. All machine components are installed by trained personnel at our Herford site. Because our technicians have many years of experience, they know exactly what needs to be done and ensure that everything on your Allstein deserves to be called excellent.

We welcome you to personally inspect and accept your Allstein at our production facility in Herford. Every machine is completely assembled, commissioned and tested in-house. We are convinced that this is the only way to ensure that everything meets our and your high quality standards. We invite you to put your Allstein through its paces. Subject to your approval, the machine will then be dismantled and transported to the location of your choice.

Your Allstein will be installed, commissioned and prepared for production release by our personnel at your site. The machine is supervised by the same team that was responsible for the internal factory acceptance test. The colleagues therefore already know the requirements of the project and know exactly what needs to be done. After completion of the commissioning, we carry out an acceptance test together with you, issue a production release – subject to your approval – and train your personnel in the course of this. From this moment on, you can enjoy all the benefits of your new high-performance Allstein flexographic press.

As an Allstein customer, we offer you service directly from the manufacturer for highest production safety, maintenance and repair or refurbishment of your machine. We are aware that a flexographic printing press is a complicated technical system where problems can occur despite all efforts and precautions. This makes it all the more important that you are helped as quickly as possible if this situation should arise. That's why we offer you a free 24/7 service hotline with direct dialing to a trained Allstein technician. We do not work with a call center. This service is valid for the entire lifetime of the product.
